A great suite earns the trip on its own. Choose the one with the smaller bed and the larger terrace.
Skip the restaurant on the first morning. Order to the room — espresso, fresh figs, a single croissant — and take it on the balcony before the city is awake.
If the hotel does it right, you will return for the terrace, not the city.
